Populate Navigation Drawer

The navigation is the drawer that you swipe from the left from the home screen that you see. We need to figure out everything that needs to be accessible from the home screen.

I think this may be done, but I am not sure what we want to add. In addition, there is only so much that can be done until we need Login (aka working w/ the backend) to be set up before continuing.
