This is an issue building gevent - which is needed for this dependency chain: gevent-websocket->bottle-websocket->Eel==0.12.4->auto-py-to-exe. I am unable to make any changes to this library so if there truly is an issue with it, you will need to raise an issue with that project.

Searching gevent "cannot open include file: 'io.h': no such file or directory" in Google however, pointed me to this StackOverflow question which had an answer on it - it recommends trying to reinstall Visual Studio.
