Export bookmarks doesn't work

Description

Bookmarks that only have the favicon in the bookmark bar are not exported to the bookmarks html file. Only bookmarks that have a name are exported. I tested and confirm this issue with Brave in MacOS and iOS.

Steps to reproduce

1. For exemple, add Google to bookmarks and export the bookmarks. Google site will apear on html file.
2. Second, delete the Google name from the bookmark, and leave it with just the website icon (favicon) and export the bookmarks. It will no longer appear in the bookmarks html file.

Actual result

This bookmark export!
