Description

Android started to crash when trying to get to the above page. It started to happen from 1.52.107. 1.52.103 doesn't have that problem. It looks like chromium 114 update regression

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Brave 1.52.107 and higher.
2. Navigate to brave://settings
