Private Mode/Incognito button barely visible on tablets

Description

The Private Mode/Incognito button that lets you switch between Normal & Private modes on tablets is almost impossible to see if you're viewing it in certain angles. Almost impossible to see if someone has poor vision.

Steps to reproduce

1. launch Brave and open a new private tab (notice the button is barely visible)

Expected result

The Private Mode/Incognito button should be more visible. Almost impossible to see it in certain angles.
