Embedded Twitch video starts playing despite Autoplay set to Block

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate here https://www.jeremymorgan.com/blog/tech/why-i-returned-mac-mini-m2/ (don't open in new tab, follow the link directly)
2. Make sure your Autoplay setting in Brave is set to Block
3. Observe the Twitch video at top of the page starts playing and with unmuted audio

Actual result:

Video autoplays and not muted

Expected result:

Video should not autoplay

Reproduces how often:

Easily reproduce but you have to directly follow the link, if you right click and open in new tab, the video will not play
Also if you refresh while already on that page, the video will not play

Happens on Windows and YouTube as well. Blocking autoplay works occasionally, but mostly videos just brazenly autoplay despite my site permissions.
