YouTube autoplay turns on and off by itself

Yes, I searched for my problem on search engines and found no results.

Description

In the Beta and Nightly versions of Brave, YouTube's autoplay feature turns on when I go into YouTube's video quality settings and turns back off when I close the menu.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clear all browser cookies.
2. Sign in to a YouTube account with YouTube autoplay turned off.
3. Set the ad blocking mode to Aggressive.
4. Open any YouTube video.
5. Check if YouTube autoplay is turned off. If not, go back to step 1.
6. Click on the video's Settings icon - YouTube's autoplay will temporarily turn on.
7. Then close the Settings menu and YouTube's autoplay will turn back off.

Actual result:

The settings button affects the autoplay button.

Expected result:

The YouTube autoplay button should not change when the Settings menu opens.

Reproduces how often:

I have found that this problem is more common with fresh installations.

Miscellaneous Information:

The problem is solved by turning YouTube autoplay on and off again within the video.

I found out that stable versions of Brave can also have this problem.
