Description

Retry transaction fails on H/W wallet

Steps to Reproduce

Connect Ledger Nano to the account running on 1.0.40 dev component
Perform a transaction like send which fails
Retry transaction from details popup, retry transaction doesn't go through

Actual result:

Expected result:

Either post a failure message or successfully retry

Reproduces how often:

Easy

Brave version (brave://version info)
