SpenderERC20TransferFromFailedErorr when trying to swap an ERC20 token with low gas spend

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install 1.0.31 dev build
2. Select Swap and select swap from as BAT and Swap to as DAI
3. Enter a value you want to swap
4. Customise and set GEWI to a low value as possible and save
5. Click on Review Swap
6. Goes into an infinite load and throws error

Expected result:

Review swap and should be able to submit transaction.
