Support for extensions

Allowing users to add their own search API without modifying the upstream source would be great.

I'm still not entirely sure about this idea. However, first, I will do a small research about what scripting language I might pick for the extension.

Criteria I'm looking for in a scripting language are:

• Portable, should not require writing two languages to support two systems.
• Small, should be less than the size of the app.
• Easy, should be from a family of top 10 popular languages.

Thoughts on Lua:
I should say I'm not really a fan of Lua.

Thoughts on Wren:
Personally I wanted to pick Wren, but supporting Wren ecosystem seems to be a huge task.

Thoughts on Wasm:
Wasm is another great choice, allowing people to choose what language they prefer. However writing library for each supported languages might be a huge task to tackle. Not to mention Dart team has abandoned their Wasmer package.

Thoughts on Shell:
Not portable, not great for sharing.

This comparison table is still not final and I will update it once I do more research.
