Aim:
In this project, we will build upon existing in house scripts to build an SPM12 pipeline for running first level analysis on the UGent HPC. The goal is to estimate all task fMRI data sets of the human connectome project (HCP). In addition, we will use recently developed technology to retrieve the haemodynamic response function parameters of resting state fMRI of the HCP. Finaly, we will relate the task-specific HRF parameters and resting state HRF parameters. In addition, BOLD signal of the vessels will be extracted for rest and task fMRI for comparison.
