[CLOSED] Quick View popover does not dismiss when mouse leaves editor

This seems to have been introduced recently (does not reproduce in 0.42), so I suspect it was injected by adobe/brackets#7988

1. Open file and scroll so that color is at very top of viewport
2. Move mouse over color and continue moving up until mouse exits editor viewport

Results
Quick View popover shows color but never dismisses.

Note: You may have to play with it a couple times to get the right speed (not too fast; not to slow), but it's not hard to hit

Expected
Quick View popover dismisses immediately when mouse leaves editor viewport like it did in Release 0.42
