[CLOSED] Live Preview does not work on Win 7 for Sprint 26

I can get Live Preview working only if I clicked Live Preview, and unconnect from WiFi. Then the page will load, and working fine even if I reconnect. Problems come again if I closed the Live Preview Chrome browser, when I click Live Preview again, I am stuck on "trying to connect" status. I can get the Chrome browser up again by disconnect from WiFi and reconnecting.

Update: Found that once I disable any network adapter, the Live Preview Chrome can pop up. This is kind of annoying...

Thanks@jasonsanjose. It works! But I need to uncheck "Use automatic configuration script" also.
