[CLOSED] Tab doesn't indent to correct location after function start

If you have this code:

function foo () {

}

(note that there are no spaces yet on the blank line)

Click on the blank line and hit tab. The cursor indents to underneath the "f" of "foo". I've run into other cases where it seems to indent some random number of spaces as well.
