Command line: "brackets" without arguments always opens a new instance of Brackets

At least on Windows, typing brackets without any arguments always opens up a new instance of Brackets, even if one was open already. Other alternatives would be either revealing the old instance or opening a new Brackets window from that instance.

Not sure if this is a issue or not, but AFAIK the goal is to run a single instance of Brackets at all times.
