Show columns on the grid (editor)

What should we do?

Per default, there is currently no way to view the used columns of a form field on the canvas inside the editor. You must go to the properties panel Layout group to gather this information.

We should consider an easier way for this, e.g. via

• showing the grid on the canvas
• show columns on hover/select

Similarly to #577, I think this should be closed as well. I feel like with forms it's just about what they look like in 99% of the cases, not what the numeric widths are.

Generally, it's a good improvement for the form editor in the design mode that helps the user precisely define a visual layout.
Reminds me of Retool's visual editor (see the screenshot below).

However, I believe it might require significant development investment to make it properly (not a "low-hanging fruit").
I suggest keeping it open but for later.
