Few Features request

I have a few questions:

Is this code production-ready?
Could you pl. write how to install and run it on a local machine?
There is a list of To Dos..by which date will you complete it?
Can you add Dashboard for Admin and regular users to track things?
Add Google Analytics.
Currently the business process is triggered by a person who is looking for a service. I recommend that it should be both ways i.e. the people who are willing to offer their services should also be register. I can explain this feature to you in detail if you think it should be there,
Add Google map and let the people search others for a particular location. Show both service providers and service consumers on the map using different colors. Also place the filters.
