README file should provide clear instructions, project overview, and relevant documentation for efficient collaboration.

I have added a paragraph and team member section, I need feedback to improve. I think we have most of the work in Wiki section. So, simply redirected to Wiki for now. What sections do we need to add? What do you think?

This seems fine for now, we can add a group photo later on.
