compress SDK with zstd

**Issue or Feature Request:**
I'd like to switch to zstd for published SDK images. Newer versions of Twoliter rely on `krane` to retrieve the SDK as an archive which is then loaded into Docker; as long as `krane` supports the format, it should be reasonably safe to switch.
