Show the latest version of the Linux kernel, not a stable version #245

As I believe elixir is extensively used for development purposes, maybe it would be more relevant to use the latest tag in Torvalds' tree (which can be an -rc tag) rather than the latest stable kernel when the version "latest" is provided in the URL (https://elixir.bootlin.com/linux/latest/source).
