boot2docker init fails with VBoxManage synthcpu args on VirtualBox 5.0

it seems new version virtualbox don't support synthcpu option anymore.

Also of note is that docker-archive-public/docker.machine#1496 already fixed this in docker-machine, and if you haven't given docker-machine a try yet, you probably want to since it'll be the de-facto way to use boot2docker in the near future.

For those that just need docker working...

The current workaround that works for me is to not use boot2docker and instead use the latest unreleased HEAD for docker-machine via Homebrew:

$ brew update
$ brew install --HEAD docker-machine
$ docker-machine  -v
docker-machine version 0.4.0-dev (HEAD)
$ docker-machine create -d virtualbox boot2docker
$ eval $( docker-machine env boot2docker )
$ docker version
Client version: 1.7.0

The issue was corrected in 0.3.1-RC1. You will have to update again :

$ brew update
$ brew install --HEAD docker-machine
$ docker-machine  -v
docker-machine version 0.3.1 (HEAD)
