Fluent-Metro 1.5.3

This is release 1.5.3 of Fluent-Metro. This update includes some additions to customization. Here is the list of addressed issues:

• Added Added option SEARCH_HINT to hide search hint text #162 to disable search hint text
• Add custom color for sub menu #170 Sub-menu color customization
• Highlight color customization (New programs highlight, search border, etc.)
• Minor grammar changes

This is not a fix for any Windows 11 related bugs or changes.
