Fluent-Metro 1.5.1

This is release 1.5.1 of Fluent-Metro. This update includes some small bug fixes and changes to default settings, and adds the non-floating border style to the classic styles. Here is the list of addressed issues:

• Backwards compatibility with Windows 8(.1) #99 Windows 8(.1) compatibility (partial)
• Disable search background for classic styles above 144 DPI #144 Fix on >144 DPI configurations
• Added square border to classic styles
• Added custom background color to classic styles
• Made square border default setting
• Made UWP scrollbar default setting
• Improvements to padding around modern shutdown button
