Why Title is <p>?

And why not use the most recent bulma version? This looked as a promising project before I realized that it uses an very very old bulma version and produces really ugly and messed up html :(.

No need to be sorry, I was simply curious if there is some reasoning behind it or it just happened :). How much work you think is needed to update to more recent version? Maybe more people could do it faster and there would be a chance to catch up?

Of course I think it is possible.However, it would become tedious and hard work...
