Hi there, thanks for the great library! I'm wondering if there's a way to implement a gas-efficient batch removal, so that it would be possible to remove all sorted entries before the certain key.

I've seen this fork that has it, but the implementation is different in a number of places from yours.

Would be glad for advice!
