It shouldn't stop the code from working but the functions that were copied from genesis-oik theme should be reprefixed with genesis_a2z_.

Copy and cobble the PHPUnit test ( test-issue-2-remove-genesis-all.php ) and modify to check all the functions defined not only in functions.php but any other .php file.

Note: Duplicate function names MAY cause a problem PHPUnit even if they don't at run time.
