Can I use boa for reactjs build file SSR? No polyfills issues?

It completely depends on what you're doing. Boa is only an engine, so if you need runtime specific features, we have a couple of them in boa_runtime but I'm not sure if there's everything to cover the reactjs build pipeline.
Boa does support most stage 4 features from the most recent ECMAScript spec FWIW.
