Describe the Feature

Currently, DMs are the only notification type on iOS to play a sound. Accordingly, these are the only notifications that correspond to a vibration on Apple Watch. Because other notifications like replies, reposts, likes, and follows do not play a sound, there is no way to receive these notifications on the Apple Watch (save the off chance you happen to be looking at your watch when one happens).
