If a handle domain returns HTML for the well-known handle resolution endpoint, instead of a simple DID, the identity package returns a confusing "invalid DID regex" error, instead of simply returning handle.invalid.

An example to trigger this is greenground.energy (which previously had handle resolution, now a parking page)
