no need to link msft account u can set the name from the oobe.

for supporting .exe we could try boxedwine (16/32-bit apps) & js-dos (as used by daedalOS) but that is way beyond my level

idk what needs to be fixed the only functional thing in OOBE is changing name & that works fine.
