[BUG] Chromium 108 and newer fails to restore cookies after quit (Mac OS X Yosemite) #237

Describe the bug
When quitting (or just closing the window) and re-opening chromium legacy, sites will be logged out.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Install 108 (stable) or newer on Yosemite
Login to site
Quit browser
Relaunch
Site is logged out

Expected behavior
Sites remain logged in
