Export UTF8 and macOS terminal

Here is the ".ans" file:

When I convert it to UTF8 I get this:

but when I "cat" it into macOS terminal I get this:

How could I get a coherent result? (always black background or always white background)

I "mitigated" the problem with:

sed -i -s 's/40m/0m/g' RetrocampusBbsMainMenu.utf8ans

(could this help in a patch?)

But there are still the "light white" elements:

I'm trying to do the opposite where I take an ansi image generator (Chafa/pixterm) and try to import it and it looks terrible :)
