The file system/share/cr3/hyph/Esperanto.pattern is obsolete. Present-day esperantic books use Unicode; the current version of the hyphenation patterns is available at https://github.com/pok49/vortodivido , more specifically it is the file https://github.com/pok49/vortodivido/blob/master/eo.pattern
(which for the sake of consistency you might want to rename to Esperanto.pattern).
Actually it is not only more accurate, it is also shorter (54k instead of 83k).
