i put this together quickly, but i don't think its correct.

If i look at: curl https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=G-ZDYP7XXXX

I get
b="https://www.google-analytics.com/g/collect"
but also
"https://stats.g.doubleclick.net/g/collect"

so just swappign it w/ regex will not be correct.
