I have the same problem but changing to white mode didn't fix it. Other Dropdown menus are affected too. I.e. Language and Permissions.

In the Debug menu of my Browser I get the warning:
downloadable font: Glyph bbox was incorrect (glyph ids 4 5 6 12 16 17 20 21 22 23 29 31 33 35 37 38 39 40 41 42 43 44 45 47 48 49 50 61 62 66 67 68 69 70 73 75 76 78 80 84 86 87 88 98 99 102 103 105 106 109 111 112 113 123 124 125 126 127 128 129 130 131 132 137 138 139 143 145 146 148 150 153 154 158 159 160 161 162 163 165) (font-family: "bwi-font" style:normal weight:400 stretch:100 src index:1) source: https://vault.bitwarden.eu/fonts/bwi-font.f7a43f81d823e54532d4.ttf

After downloading the font with the provided link and installing it, this isn't a problem anymore. Even after uninstalling the font, it's still working and everything is readable as intended.

Plattform:
Firefox 123.0.1 (64-Bit)
Windows 11 23H2 (Build 22631.3085)

This does work as expected in MS Edge without any workaround.

Take note that in the Language Dropdown, it looks like just some special characters are shown in the name:
