This training details how to setup a repeatable (ongoing) product discovery process.

The discovery workflow is a process that looks at:

Analytics
Customer feedback
Competitor research
User studies

... and synthesizes the quantitative and qualitative data into a picture for the team to think
about and brainstorm.

This process will detail how to:

Setup qualitative and quantitative data sources
Synthesize the data into a digestable report
Facilitate a brainstorming meeting with the product team
Setup a continual discovery process to source product ideas
