Fix block clock display mode button active states

In the settings page for the block clock display mode, none of the buttons are selected by default. One of them is active, but the user can't tell which one.

Desired solution, the UI element of the active mode should have the appropriate visual state.

Confirming this is still an issue, need to read from qsettings what is enabled, i think this was skipped over because previously we were setting an integer value for what size to open the block clock in, then we standardized on this
