Time: 15 min prep + 20 min cook
- 375g packet of Pommes Noisettes
- 30g marg/butter
- 2 Tbl plain flour
- 425g tomato juice (We used diced tomato, alternate sauces might also be good)
- 500g chunk frozen veg (We didn't defrest these but it might be better)
- 1 sachet beef cup-a-soup (2 sachets might be better?)
- 1/2 cup water (we ended up with 1 cup due to the frozen veg)
- 500g frankfurts, sliced
- Slice frankfurts. Preheat oven to 230 degrees. Defrost veg? Prepare noisettes on baking tray with baking paper (Maybe sprinkle chippy/chicken salt over)
- Melt butter, add flour.
- Add tomato juice, vegetables, soup mix, water, frankfurts. Bring to boil, then simmer for 20 min.
- Pop in the Noisettes as these take ~15 mins as per packet instructions.
- Mix noisettes in to sauce veg mix.
