Serves 4
- bacon
- egg
- spagetti
- 1-2 onion
- greek yogurt
- starch water from the pasta cooking
- oregano/italian herb mix etc
- Cook pasta in salted water (10g per litre)
- Fry bacon in deep pan with garlic/ginger
- To the side add eggs and greek yogurt and mix
- When pasta is done, add to the bacon pan with the bacon fat and coat pasta in fat
- Finally turn off heat and add the egg mix and allow to passive cook
- Top with cheese
Dont rinse pasta when cooked, allow it to cool a little to become sticky
