Makes 10 balls
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 or 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4tsp baking soda (or 2tsp yeast + 1hr rise)
- 1tsp cardamon (or cinnamon/nutmeg)
- 1tsp butter
- 3Tb coconut powder
- Blend banana and sugar till smooth
- Add remaining ingredients
- Use 2 oil diped spoons to shape into balls and deep fry 180C for about 3min in saucepan ~1L oil
