According to the payment methods, the user can select an arbitrary user name. Some may try to use a user name, related email address, etc. that contain a (sub)string "Bisq" "Bitcin" etc.
While doing so may be practically convenient if that user trades via multiple channels (Bisq and non-Bisq). However, a hypothetical user name like "Bisq-Bitcoin-Trade-Service" is obviously not ideal, defying the purpose of the rule «Do not put any mentions of "Bisq" or "Bitcoin" or "crypto", or any other text whatsoever.»
It seems prudent that, at least, Bisq warns (if not refuses) in case the user tries to use such a user name or account details when creating a new account, and that there will be a note on Wiki etc. saying a user should try to avoid using such an "obvious" user name, potentially drawing unwanted attention from a bank, etc. This should be programmatically cheap, just a (sub)string match.
PS: I'd suggest you stop using Google Fonts, reCAPTCHA, YouTube Video, Twitter, etc. in https://bisq.network etc. in favour of more privacy-friendly alternatives - at least no Google please, using hCaptcha instead if necessary, and hosting fonts locally for CSS is trivial... Some of privacy oriented people can be very picky, like evaluating how the project is serious by observing such minor details. It would be ideal if the project tries to take these matter as seriously as possible - like no 3rd party, no cookies, no JavaScript… though they may be some realistic/technical limitations too. Thanks you very much :)
