Lake-House Ref Arch Terraform review w/ @martingaleano

Following the Data-Lake README.md as reference create the new readme for the Lake-House AWS Architecture layer /data-science/us-east-1/lakehouse-demo (diagram here: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/1BhROPGUoNwKdnB4X_OIv-PH0aOqpLYb9).
Create the lakehouse infrastructure in the datascience account following this diagram:
