使用OpenAI AZURE “exceeded token rate limit”问题

感谢大佬制作的程序。我成功配置了OpenAI AZURE，并且根据azure document里面的方法二手动接入了azure-gpt-4o。我使用的是学生账号，订阅付费等级为S0，我发现非常容易就会达到token的调用上限，一般问一个问题就达到上限了，这使得我无法使用全文pdf翻译等功能。

OpenAI拒绝了请求：{"error":{"code":"429","message": "Requests to the ChatCompletions_Create Operation under Azure OpenAI API version 2023-05-15 have exceeded call rate limit of your current OpenAI S0 pricing tier. 请问如何解决这个问题？只能向azure申请更多的token额度吗？还是有别的解决方法？谢谢！
