Anonymizer

工作需要写了一个用于匿名DICOM文件的工具，可以匿名普通dicom，压缩格式dicom，藏在zip压缩包里的dicom，以及没有后缀的dicom，旁边的logbrowser输出信息，底下的errorlist提示哪些文件可能损坏。

环境：QT5，C++，ITK3.4，zlib
