The current instructions mention that MGLTools have to be hand-installed, however there is a bioconda build (not that I've tried it), anyone know if it is reliable enough to use instead for MacOS/Linux?

Milestoning for testing in 2021, hopefully by then we'll have a decent python interface to autodock (maybe something like https://github.com/MolSSI/MMIC_docking)
