quantms.io file format version 1.0

quantms.io is a file format that enables data science on ms proteomics experiments. quantms.io was originally designed for quantms workflow, but has the potential to be adapted to other workflows and pipelines. Here we group some of the major pending ideas and tasks that need to be done before its release.

Major issues:

• Add additional tests and clean unnecessary code. Add multiple tests to the library. #28
• Add and include a release CI/CD for the Python library and deploy it as a bioconda package. Add the first bioconda configuration and release. #29
• Json representation for all the formats that are part of quantms.io must be implemented and reviewed. Implement a Json representation for quantms.io including tests #33
