Sorry, as a Pandora, N900 and Android device (several) owner I had to make some ammendments. Pocket PC is a standart for Microsoft's Windows mobile device targets. It's an actual trademark as far as I know. So these devices here are rather UMPCs. Also some facts about Pandora and Pyra, aswell as the other handhelds were inaccurate (psp, gp32, gp2x, were initially not open, certainly not open-source and with gp2x gnu licensing was ignored and kernels had to be hacked and reverse engineered). Also I would refrain from calling OpenSource Hardware developement a dying ideology since a lot of hardware with huge communities is being created and more so than ever before (eventhough there's not a lot of handhelds being made). android handhelds are not replacing anything, they're just another breed.. and if you think you get pandora specs with buying an N900 or the same amount of openness... well you will need to wait for the Neo900 to eventually be released (it's already not much better than a pandora 1ghz and not even out) and invest about 900$ for the device as a whole. Also very misleading information. I had to pay a whole lot more to even get a used n900, they're pretty pricy for very old hardware with shitty community support and no recent firmware development. hope you are okay with the changes I propose! cheers!
