Publish NODE_EXTRA_CA_CERTS to Herd CA

Adding

export NODE_EXTRA_CA_CERTS=~/Library/Application\ Support/Herd/config/valet/CA/LaravelValetCASelfSigned.pem

Adding a user's profile will allow node to accept the Herd CA, which makes it nice when doing things like testing a web MCP server using opencode.
