Summary

As part of the RTL-LET reporting template for all services, we need to report Datahub's monthly active users from FA 21. I can get this data from Grafana for the current semester and the previous one. However, I am not able to get the data for FA 21, SP 22, and SU 22 as grafana returns an empty response for the selected period (attached the snapshot of the result from grafana).

Created this issue to brainstorm and identify a suitable pathway.
