• Thanks @yuvipanda and @felder, for making updates to our error-monitoring system by tracking errors through GCP and Prometheus/grafana services. Thanks, @felder, for helping with my naive git queries!
• Thanks, @petersudmant for generously supporting us with package installation requests

Updates from last week ✔

• Working closely with @ericvd-ucb for scheduling workshops. We have scheduled two workshops on October 13th and November 17th to introduce jupyterhub to the campus audience. Refer details for the first workshop here. We are currently working on the outreach of this workshop.
• Thanks to @yuvipanda's inputs, Got the first version of the JD for the cloud architect/developer. We can socialize this to the campus audience in the upcoming conversations.
• Collated all the outages that happened during the past two months! This should help us with incident reports and monitoring the health of our services monthly.
• Made updates to the package templates to ensure that we get the important information across every request
• Servicing requests from the teaching team before escalating them to Github!

Challenges I faced and things I'd like assistance with 🙏

• How to run the sprint retro and planning sessions during @felder's absence. Maybe, you can share all the key points in this thread for us to discuss next week.
